{"id":1581,"date":"2021-09-29T10:47:19","date_gmt":"2021-09-29T08:47:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/dynamotion.pl\/obsluga-i-programowanie-pacdrive-3\/"},"modified":"2023-08-07T09:37:04","modified_gmt":"2023-08-07T07:37:04","slug":"basic-machines","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/dynamotion.pl\/en\/basic-machines\/","title":{"rendered":"PacDrive3 Basic Machine Programming"},"content":{"rendered":"\n\n\t<h4>local training<\/h4>\n\t<h2>\u00a0PacDrive 3 &#8211; Basic Machine Programming<\/h2>\n\t<p>Time of the course: <strong>3 days<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The aim of the course is to acquire the skills to configure, program, and diagnose LMC motion controllers from the PacDrive 3 family using SoMachine Motion 4.3 software.<\/p>\n\t<h3>Training scope<\/h3>\n\t<ul>\n<li>Introduction to and initial configuration of the Logic Builder environment<\/li>\n<li>Creation of projects in IEC 61131-3 compliant languages:\n<ul>\n<li>FBD language<\/li>\n<li>ST language<\/li>\n<li>SFC language<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Creation, editing and operation of servo programs:\n<ul>\n<li>Manual mode<\/li>\n<li>Automatic mode<\/li>\n<li>Jog<\/li>\n<li>Homing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Program creation and editing based on Schneider Electric libraries<\/li>\n<li>Create and edit your own types and data structures<\/li>\n<li>Configuration of the Trace tool for tracing signal and variable changes<\/li>\n<li>Structure and content of the CF memory card of the controller<\/li>\n<li>Handling specific operating states of the PLC:\n<ul>\n<li>Cold start<\/li>\n<li>Warm start<\/li>\n<li>Power cycle<\/li>\n<li>Reset origin<\/li>\n<li>Reset diagnostic message<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t<h4>Requirements for participants:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of PC and Windows<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of PLC programming (including LD, FBD, ST languages)<\/li>\n<li>Basics of electrical drive<\/li>\n<li>Previous completion of the course &#8220;PacDrive 3 servo systems diagnostics&#8221; is recommended.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t<h3>Conditions<\/h3>\n\t<ul>\n<li>The application form is a legally binding agreement between the training organizer and the applicant.<\/li>\n<li>In order to be included in the list of training participants, an application form must be sent together with a copy of the payment confirmation<\/li>\n<li>7 days before the beginning of the training at the latest<\/li>\n<li>In case of resignation less than 7 days before the beginning of a course, the amount paid is not refundable<\/li>\n<li>If the number of participants does not reach the required minimum, DYNAMOTION reserves the right to change the training date<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t<h3>Benefits for participants<\/h3>\n\t<h4>The skills and knowledge acquired during the training will:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>increase the independence of engineers when operating and servicing PacDrive 3 systems<\/li>\n<li>enable programming of LMC motion controllers from the PacDrive 3 family<\/li>\n<li>increase awareness of hardware capabilities<br \/>\nsaving time required to diagnose the cause of failure<\/li>\n<li>minimalize the costs resulting from the risk of failures and unplanned downtime<\/li>\n<li>give the ability to use and apply knowledge in daily operations on multiple machines<\/li>\n<li>increase working comfort<br \/>\nand self-confidence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t<h4>The trainee will acquire skills and knowledge of:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>controllers, servo amplifiers, and servo motors from the PacDrive 3 family<\/li>\n<li>controller and servo amplifier configuration<\/li>\n<li>programming the LMC motion controllers in the SoMachine Motion Logic Builder development environment<\/li>\n<li>downloading the control program source code<\/li>\n<li>create motion cams for servo motors<\/li>\n<li>quickly use the help system to facilitate the programming of motion controllers<\/li>\n<li>replacing a defective device and restoring the machine to full operation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/dynamotion.pl\/en\/contact\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tAsk for details\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/a>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>local training \u00a0PacDrive 3 &#8211; Basic Machine Programming Time of the course: 3 days The aim of the course is to acquire the skills to configure, program, and diagnose LMC motion controllers from the PacDrive 3 family using SoMachine Motion 4.3 software.
