The participants of the training will be introduced to programs facilitating the diagnostics of PacDrive devices &#8211; Diagnostics, Backup, Firmware Assistant. During the training, it will be shown, among other things, how to back up the system (so-called Backup), read diagnostic data, and change the firmware version of PacDrive M system devices.<\/p>\n\t<h3>Scope of training<\/h3>\n\t<ul>\n<li>Technical description of the servo drives: nomenclature, internal structure, operating principle, cabling<\/li>\n<li>Connection of the controller to a PC (PacDrive Netmanage)<\/li>\n<li>Downloading, uploading and initial start-up of a sample program (EPAS4)<\/li>\n<li>LCD and LED diagnostics &#8211; exercises<\/li>\n<li>PC-based diagnostics (PacDrive Diagnostics) &#8211; exercises<\/li>\n<li>EPAS4 software &#8211; uploading and running a programme, changing parameters, viewing the programme, editing the programme, debugging<\/li>\n<li>Diagnosis using EPAS4 &#8211; exercises<\/li>\n<li>Error codes<\/li>\n<li>Procedures for replacing faulty components<\/li>\n<li>Details of the role of proper cabling to avoid electromagnetic interference (EMC)<\/li>\n<li>Program and configuration backup (PacDrive Backup)<\/li>\n<li>Changing firmware on MC-4 servo drives and C600, C400, C200 controllers (PacDrive Firmware Assistant)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t<h4><strong>Requirements for participants:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<section data-testid=\"translator-target\" aria-labelledby=\"translation-results-heading\">\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of PC and Windows<\/li>\n<li>PLC programming basics<\/li>\n<li>Basics of electrical drive<\/li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of English<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n\t<h3>Terms and conditions<\/h3>\n\t<ul>\n<li>The application form is a legally binding contract between the training organiser and the applicant.<\/li>\n<li>In order to be included on the list of training participants, an application form must be sent together with a copy of the payment confirmation<br \/>\nat the latest 7 days before the beginning of the training.<\/li>\n<li>In case of resignation less than 7 days before the beginning of the course, the amount paid is not refundable.<\/li>\n<li>If the number of participants does not reach the required minimum, DYNAMOTION reserves the right to reschedule the training.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t<h3>Benefits for participants<\/h3>\n\t<h4>The skills and knowledge acquired during the training will allow you to:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>increase the independence of engineers when operating and servicing PacDrive M systems<\/li>\n<li>improve awareness of equipment capabilities<\/li>\n<li>save the time required to diagnose the cause of a fault<\/li>\n<li>minimize costs arising from the risk of failure and unplanned downtime<br \/>\nuse and application of knowledge in daily operations on multiple machines<\/li>\n<li>increase in working comfort<\/li>\n<li>increase in self-confidence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t<h4>The trainee will acquire skills<br \/>\nand knowledge of<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>controllers, servo amplifiers and servo motors of the PacDrive M family<\/li>\n<li>use of diagnostic software, including downloading diagnostic data, making and restoring a system backup, changing the firmware version<\/li>\n<li>quick use of the help system to learn about possible causes and solutions to errors recorded on the LMC controller<\/li>\n<li>replacement of faulty devices and restoration of the machine to full working order<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/dynamotion.pl\/en\/kontakt\/\" target=\"_blank\" role=\"button\" rel=\"noopener\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tAsk for available dates\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/a>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Stationary training Diagnosis of PacDrive M servo systems Course time: 2 days The aim of the training is to acquire skills in PacDrive M system diagnostics.
