Lexium T
Delta 2 robots
Lexium T are two-axis delta robots dedicated to pick & place and vertical packaging processes. They offer great flexibility in product and package handling, providing a working range of up to 1,500 mm in width and up to 615 mm in height.
Lexium T robots are available in T2, T3, and T5 models. Their maximum lifting capacity is up to 60 kg. The Lexium T series are quiet, reliable, and fast robots, reaching up to 148 cycles/
minute.

Lexium P
Delta 3 robots
Lexium P are delta robots with expandable 4th and 5th axis modules dedicated to pick&place applications. They provide fast operation, up to 250 cycles/minute, and a payload capacity of up to 15 kg. The Lexium P series robots are available in four sizes, with a working range of up to 1600 mm in diameter and 520 mm in height.
The robots are driven by SH motors mated to cabinet-mounted servo drives or via integrated ILM servo drives, which reduce cabinet space
and reduce the amount of wiring.
Lexium MAX H and Lexium MAX S
Lexium MAX H and Lexium MAX S are linear actuators that realize movement on a single axis. They consist of two, parallel-mounted guides driven by a single servo drive.
In MAX S models, both linear guides are moved simultaneously by a drive shaft; while in MAX H models, only one guide is driven, with the other guide acting as a support and moving with the movement of the load mounted on it.
The two-axis MAX H and MAX S robots can provide a solution for systems requiring the positioning of heavy loads with high dynamics. They offer a wide range of axis lengths, a choice between several gear types and sizes, an anti-static toothed belt, and an anti-corrosion version as an option.

Lexium MAX P
Lexium MAX P biaxial linear positioners realize linear motion in the X and Z directions. They consist of a Max H module realizing displacement in the X axis and a CAS 4 or CAS 3 module realizing movement in the Z axis. The drive is transmitted by a toothed belt available with a roller or ball guide.
MAX P linear positioners provide an effective solution for dynamic load positionings, such as material handling and pick-and-place applications. They have a modular design that allows the creation of many different variants, depending on the customer's needs.
Lexium MAX R
Lexium MAX R portal robots are multi-axis linear systems. The MAX Rx2 mechanics provide motion in the X and Y directions, while the MAX Rx3 additionally provides motion in the Z direction.
They provide an ideal solution for transport over
long distances. Depending on the model, the working range can be up to 5.5 m on the X-axis and up to 1.2 m on the Y-axis.
They offer many configuration options through a wide range of axis lengths and dimensions, as well as different types of profiles and guides. This makes them easily adaptable to many solutions.
