PacDrive 3
is a multi-dimensional control system designed for packaging machines in the FMCG industry. The system is based
on a centralized architecture in which a single PLC has integrated motion controller functionality. It allows to design modern machinery with a modular structure, managed centrally and easily personalized according to customer requirements. PacDrive 3 is a leader in the European servo systems market, guaranteeing high production rates. It represents more than 40 years of experience in the packaging machinery industry with more than 160,000 machines worldwide.
Delta and Cartesian robots
of the PacDrive family are designed for packaging machine automation in the FMCG industries, such as in food production or pharmaceuticals. Being based on PacDrive 3 servo systems makes the integration of the robots into the production line quick and easy. The robots are made of stainless steel, have a washable housing option and the dedicated cleanroom version, and can reach capacities of up to 250 cycles/min.

Multibelt is an out-of-the-box solution for secondary packaging automation using product grouping. It has a modular design that allows easy and fast setup and enables the production of short personalized series as per Industry 4.0. The solution supports packaging types such as Top Loader and Side Loader, and it is compatible with display and wrap-around cartons. Also, it enables product mixing and the assembly of product kits.
PacDrive systems modernizations
The service period of ELAU's servo systems - PacDrive M - expired on December 31, 2018. One of the possibilities for the preventive maintenance of the machine park in cases involving the lack of availability of spare parts, which our specialists offer, is the migration of discontinued devices to the new and currently developed PacDrive 3 series.

The training aims to learn how to diagnose PacDrive 3 systems. The course will introduce participants to software components that help diagnose PacDrive devices - Controller Assistant, Diagnostics, and Device Assistant. During the training, you will find out
how to make system backups, read diagnostic data, or change the firmware version of PacDrive 3 devices. Additionally, you will be introduced to the SoMachine Motion - Logic Builder, the software used to create control programs for LMC motion controllers.

This course is designed to introduce you to
ELAU - PacDrive M systems.
The e-training enables you to self-learn how to use the service and diagnostic programs for PacDrive M servo drives. The course covers issues related to creating backups, downloading and analyzing diagnostic data, and changing the firmware version using the EPAS-4 development program.
